This is day two teaser activity sport and leisure activity. I found this very fun and difficult because I just couldn't find a thing or a object that compares with something else but I did my best. I learnt what similes where and why their good to use and what the differences is with a simile and a metaphor. If I could change anything with this I would add a verb at the end of my similies to make it more interesting.

  1. Kia ora Capri,

Olive again! Congratulations on completing your second blog post! I think it’s great how you’ve done something different by going straight to the Sports Section! Kai pai!

I thoroughly reading the limericks you’ve created! Are ferraris your favourite cars? My favourite car is a Kombi van! I find them so groovy!

Wow, if giraffes were as tall as Kauri trees I’d be super scared! They’d be gianormous and would probably sit on me if they weren’t careful! They really are tall creatures aren’t they!
I love the way you’ve included Māori references with your Kauri trees! I think it’s such a lovely thing to recognise.

Thank you for your lovely blog post and have fun completing the rest of the activities.

I’m super excited to see what else you come up with this week!

    Ngā mihi,
    Olive
